Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions for using BOMU Convert, operated by BOMU (the "Company"), including CSV and Excel file conversion, saved transformation rules, Pro passes, and related services, and define the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

Article 3. Definitions
- "Service" means the file conversion and related features provided through BOMU Convert.
- "Member" means a user who has completed registration and received an account.
- "Transformation Rule" means a saved set of rules such as column selection, column order, and value processing.
- "Pro Pass" means a fixed-term pass that allows access to paid features for a specified period.
- "Bank Transfer Order" means an order created by a user who selects a product and remitter name to purchase a Pro Pass.
Article 4. Effect and Amendment of These Terms
These Terms become effective when posted on the Service. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Material changes will be announced in advance on the Service together with the effective date and the reason for the amendment.
Article 5. Registration and Account Management
- Members must provide accurate information and may not use another person's information.
- Members are responsible for securely managing login credentials and authentication methods.
- Suspected unauthorized account use must be reported to the Company without delay.
- Use of the Service may be restricted if violations of law, interference with the Service, or false information are confirmed.
Article 6. Service Features
- Non-members may use basic file conversion features within the limits set by the Company.
- Members may save and reuse transformation rules.
- Pro members receive expanded saved-rule limits, row-processing limits, and advanced transformation features.
- Specific features and usage limits are as shown on the Pricing page.
Article 7. File and Data Processing
Original CSV and Excel files and converted results are generally processed within the user's browser and are not stored on the Company's server. Saved transformation rules may contain column names and transformation settings. Users must have the authority to process the files they use and may not process personal information or materials that infringe third-party rights without authorization.
Article 8. Pro Passes and Bank Transfers
- Product names, usage periods, and prices for Pro Passes are displayed on the payment page.
- The current default payment method is bank transfer, and users must transfer the exact amount to the account provided by the Company.
- The remitter name entered in the order must match the actual remitter name.
- After the Company verifies the amount and remitter name, the Pro Pass is activated.
- Activation may be delayed if the remitter name does not match, the amount is incorrect, or a duplicate order requires review.
- A bank transfer request may be canceled before payment is made.
- Other payment methods, including Toss Payments, are available only when separately enabled by the Company.
Article 9. Cancellation and Refunds
- Users may request a refund in accordance with applicable law and the refund procedure shown on the Service.
- For digital services whose provision has already begun, the refund amount may be adjusted according to the period or features already used.
- Bank transfer refunds are processed after identity and refund-account verification.
- When a refund is completed, the Pro Pass granted through that payment may end or its remaining period may be adjusted.
- If cancellation rights are restricted by applicable law, the restriction will be disclosed on the payment or refund screen.
Article 10. Restrictions on Use
The Company may restrict use after notice if any of the following is confirmed:
- Using another person's account or personal information without authorization.
- Reverse-engineering the Service or interfering with operations through abnormal automated requests.
- Processing illegal information, malware, or materials that infringe rights.
- Manipulating payment information or using paid features through fraudulent means.
Article 11. Changes and Suspension of the Service
The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, failures, security risks, natural disasters, or failures of external services. Advance notice will be provided where possible; in an emergency, notice may be provided afterward.
Article 12. Responsibility and Review of Results
- Users must review the preview and converted result before downloading.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company may limit liability for losses caused by user-defined transformation rules, errors in source data, or the user's environment.
- Losses caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence are handled in accordance with applicable law.
Article 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through consultation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms are effective as of August 4, 2026.
