Combine multiple values into one column

Add source columns and fixed values in the order you want, then choose separators between values.

Values and order

No separator is applied before the first value. From the second value onward, choose no separator, a space, or a custom separator.

Value mapping

When a source value matches exactly, replace it with the specified result.

Merge rows with matching values

Merge rows whose selected key columns all match, and sum the column chosen for each rule.

Grouping rules Choose the grouping and sum columns.
Choose Not used for the sum column to group only by the key column. With multiple key columns, rows merge only when all key values match. Other columns keep the first row's value, and rows with empty key values remain separate.
