Drag to reorder columns. Use Add fixed-value column to create a column that does not exist in the source and fill every row with the same value.

Generate rules automatically

Add your result Excel/CSV and BOMU will analyze it and generate the rules automatically. Complex rule sets can take longer to analyze, but once saved they can be reused immediately.

You can add the rules you need yourself using the rule settings below.

Basic output rules

Choose a basic output rule from common platforms or any private platform assigned to your account. If none fits, generate rules automatically or configure them yourself.

Set up your Cafe24 export format first. Cafe24 lets store operators customize Excel export fields and order. Create and save a BOMU export layout once, then reuse the same structure for future conversions.
View setup steps
  1. Open the integrated order Excel menu in Cafe24 Admin.
  2. Create a new layout under export format management.
  3. Select fields for order identification, recipient, address/postal code/country, phone/email, product/SKU, quantity, order amount/currency, and shipping method.
  4. Example: BOMU shipping conversion and save it.
  5. Use files exported with the same layout in BOMU.

Actual Cafe24 field names may vary by store settings; the list above describes the types of data required.

Create MySQL INSERT file

Combine multiple values into one column

Add source columns and fixed values in the order you want, then choose separators between values.

Values and order

No separator is applied before the first value.\n From the second value onward, choose no separator, a space, or a custom separator.

When a source value matches exactly, replace it with the specified result.

Automatically generated row rules Row rules created by automatic analysis are locked to preserve the generated result. Use Reset rules to remove them all.

Merge rows with matching values

Merge rows whose selected key columns all match, and sum the column chosen for each rule.

Grouping rules Choose the grouping and sum columns.
Choose Not used for the key column and apply to clear the manually configured matching-row merge. Choose Not used for the sum column to group only by the key column.\n With multiple key columns, rows merge only when all key values match. Other columns keep the first row's value, and rows with empty key values remain separate.

Add fixed-value column

Choose which column the new fixed-value column should be inserted after.

Change column positions

Swap the positions of the two selected columns.
